Our Cleaning Checklist Ensures We Get it Right. Every time.

Our checklist is used as a GUIDELINE for cleaning your home. The overall condition of your home determines how much our cleaners will be able to complete. We first focus on areas of your home that require the most attention (example: kitchen and/or bathroom).

For our NEW customers, we recommend starting you off with our First-Time Cleaning (Deep Cleaning) which allows our cleaners to give you more of an extensive cleaning experience and gives your home that extra shine. Once complete, we can get you on schedule for a recurring Standard Cleaning to keep it clean all year round.

Services We DO NOT Provide

We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

Lifting or moving of objects greater than 25 pounds (refrigerator, stove, bed frames, etc.)

Moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items

Putting dishes away when dishwashing is complete

Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool

Removing excessive pet hair

Cleaning exterior windows

Removing very strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.) However, we will do our best

Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines

Cleaning light bulbs

Cleaning litter boxes, tampons, toilet wipes, blood, feces, urine, vomit, and other hazardous materials and substances

Cleaning rodent, insect, etc. infested homes

Removing excess paint from surfaces

Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)

Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. (We avoid any potential damage to your paint)

Cleaning mini blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.
